By downloading, installing, or using the Woofie mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

2. Description of Service

Woofie is a pet care management application that helps pet owners track their pet's health, activities, and memories. The App provides features including but not limited to:

  • Health record tracking and management
  • Activity and nutrition logging
  • AI-powered health recommendations
  • Photo and memory organization
  • Veterinarian finder
  • Reminders and notifications

3. Medical Disclaimer

Important: Woofie is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. The App provides general information and AI-generated recommendations for educational purposes only. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of your pet.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided by the App's AI features. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your pet
  • Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
  • Keep your device and App access secure
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Woofie and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the App (photos, notes, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woofie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or pet health information
  • Missed reminders or notifications
  • Inaccurate AI recommendations
  • Any harm to your pet resulting from reliance on App information
  • Service interruptions or App unavailability

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
